1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not complete or if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7q7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (bonus amount × 20).

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a bonus. Total wagering required: ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses may only be used on your own account and are not transferable.
The same person or household may not claim bonuses from multiple accounts.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

4.3 VIP Program

The 7q7 VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Based on your activity and contributions, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers.

5.1 Bets and Results

The outcome of all games on 7q7 is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed.

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, 7q7 will make an effort to refund the bet amount. However, 7q7 will not accept full liability for disconnections that occur during an ongoing game.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
